Founded in 2021 by three passionate brothers, Atelier Stokowski specializes in glassblowing. They blend artistic craftsmanship and design to produce blown glass lighting and decorative objects for interior architects, designers, and art lovers. Their mastery of materials – glass, brass – is complemented by expertise in various techniques such as freehand blowing, engraving, sandblasting, and filigree.
Victor Stokowski is the youngest of his siblings. At the age of 16, a fateful meeting with a master glassblower during a walk at the Viaduc des Arts in Paris altered the trajectory of his life. He then became an apprentice to Philip Baldwin and Monica Guggisberg, joining them in Wales for their international adventures. This impactful experience was the true start of his professional journey in glass.
Victor is the one who ignites a passion for glass in his brothers, drawing them into the Atelier Stokowski adventure. The eldest, Jimmy, leverages his engineering training to manage the workshop and assist Victor with production. Théo, the youngest, oversees communication and business development. Their father, Pascal, completes this united team by providing valuable support in management and accounting.

Always in search of the alchemy between lines and light, the brothers investigate new blowing techniques. They aim to transcend the limits of glass art, producing distinctive pieces with a contemporary aesthetic, fusing both tradition and modernity, particularly through texturing effects achieved by diamond wheel engraving.
Mindful of its environmental impact, the Stokowski workshop is working to lower its CO2 emissions and its gas dependency.
Conscious of the need to pass down their know-how, fer, Atelier Stokowski has welcomed four interns and is currently training a CERFAV apprentice in glassblowing. They also share their craft with the public during open house events.
To perpetuate its activity and reduce its energy expenses, Atelier Stokowski has approached the Fondation Rémy Cointreau to purchase an electric melting furnace. This furnace, which uses 50% less energy, would guarantee the continuation of their work and a reduction in costs, addressing the risk of failure posed by the old equipment.
