Knowing how to transmit savoir-faire

Transmission is a genuine art. The art of transmission is about being interested in, or being passionate about, something—and then cultivating this passion in another person. Having first learned and then being convinced of wanting to transmit this knowledge to another person, is what determines responsibility in transmission. The conditions for knowledge transmission are equally important: knowing how to welcome an apprentice, train them, show them the gestures… 

Over time and experience, it’s about knowing how to encourage and support them, knowing how to express fears when faced with difficulties, knowing how to accept their differences and their identity, knowing how to listen to desires, to innovate and to create… Voilà, the conditions for a successful transmission.
